Frequently asked questions
What are variant credits?
Each time AdLaunch Atelier generates a set of ad variants (headlines, copy, creatives) from your brief, it uses variant credits. One generation typically produces 12+ variants and uses one credit. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately and you're prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What ad platforms are supported?
We currently support Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Additional platforms are on the roadmap — your connected accounts and briefs will carry over.
Do I need design skills?
No. AdLaunch Atelier generates platform-ready creatives and copy from your brief. You review, select, and publish. Brand rules and spec checks are automatic.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial so you can generate your first set of variants and see the workflow before committing to a plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional variant credits at $9 per 100 credits, or upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.
